I moved my care to Grace Dental due to being unhappy with another provider (I felt like unnecessary procedures were being pushed).
I couldn't be more pleased. All of the staff are professional, courteous, and caring- and excellent dental evaluation, cleaning, and care was provided. I left not only without a single complaint, but without even a thought regarding any room for improvement.
I have gone now about 4 times. Following the lead of Dr. Kwon, the whole office seems to be sensitive to my need not to have pain (including the cleaning person). Dr. kwon is very sensitive and makes sure I am feeling comfortable. A very positive crown experience for me.
They were very friendly and accommodating with my sensitive teeth. I go back in a couple weeks for a cavity but I like what I've seen so far.
