I acted fast as soon as I got the referral , showed up at the newly available unit that more suited my needs within 30 min of the referral, I was impressed that they had known so quickly that I was on my way, and the quickly showed me the available unit. I rented it on the spot.. I was able to to get the new unit and move ALL my items in immediately, which was important to me because it was my last day of PTO, IF it was not for their fast and courteous service, ( both cubesmart locations ) , I would have still been stuck in the unit I had, but did not really suit my needs.
