“My daughter has been seeing Dr. Lennard since about two years now for her phase I orthodontic treatment and we could not be happier with the results. My daughter had extreme crowding and needed braces fairly early, but the entire process of getting an expander, braces and a retainer have been a great experience. She's been getting many compliments on her smile and her dentist recently commented that she was very happy with the results as well. Dr. Lennard is very professional and caring and I appreciate that he always takes the time to update us on my daughter's treatment plan after each visit. The staff is extremely friendly as well and the the moment you walk into the office, you feel welcomed. The staff knows each patient by name, and they truly know how to make each visit a pleasant experience. As far as getting an appointment, they have been very accommodating and flexible. We are very happy to have found Dr. Lennard and we are planning to return for our youngest daughter's treatment as well.”

“We researched and interviewed many optometrists and couldn’t be happier with our choice of Dr. Hsieh. She is a specialist in Ortho-K, extremely conscientious, has great follow-up and is a pleasure to interact with (she is high energy and great with kids). We just completed the first, critical 3-month period in Ortho-K for our son. Our 15-year old son is very nearsighted with a -6 prescription and astigmatism (i.e., couldn’t read the top letter on the chart). People with myopia beyond this level show a significant increase in a number of eye disorders, so we want very much to try to reduce or prevent any additional myopia progression. While regular glasses correct myopia, there are methods for treatment in children. We considered the special multifocal, hard lens, soft lens, and eye drop methods that are used and have been studied for this purpose. We found that Ortho-K had the most substantiating research and best results. My son is at the very outside range of Ortho-K. Some doctors said they could not treat him. Others were waaaay too expensive. Others did not have the patient interaction or office management style that was as well-matched to my son and me as does Dr. Hsieh. The office staff have been great and we have had no issues at all with scheduling, payments and other administrative. One time when Dr. Hsieh was out we saw Dr. Yee and my son’s issue was solved seamlessly. Dr. Hsieh went well beyond our expectations over multiple appointments and adjustments to prescribe a system, including lenses, drops, cleaning and disinfecting products that work very well for my son. She followed up regularly and is very responsive to questions on email (I have a LOT of questions and write many emails). My son is enthusiastic about the Ortho-K and being able to see during the day without glasses. Like other parents, we are especially concerned when it comes to the health and well-being of our children, certainly including doctors and treatment results. Choosing Dr. Hsieh was a great decision!”
