I am not giving 5 stars to the facility but to the manager of the Halls Ferry location (Hope) for her understanding, constant calls and working with me to resolve an issue being overcharged and it taking over a month to get refunded. she has been the absolute best during this entire ordeal and so understanding and determined to rectify the situation. I appreciate all that she's done! She is extremely polite and professional and makes you feel valid with any question or concern.
