“My review is mostly for my head doctor, Kim Hartwig. She's been my pcp since 2015 and I love her. She is very compassionate and never hesitates to order labs or have me come in whenever I have a complain or not feeling good in general. As someone with chronic pain, I am beyond thankful for her level of care. There's a laboratory on the second floor and they're very quick and friendly. Sometimes though, the tech that you get might have a heavy hand because I always get a bruise when I get labs. Anyway. Folks doing ultrasounds are friendly too. Everyone in general! I love kaiser.”

“San Jose Behavioral Health offers a beautiful, warm, welcoming atmosphere which allows patients to focus on their mental health and do what it takes to get relief. The supportive staff are available around the clock and are always willing to listen and provide patients with the things they need to feel comfortable. The units are impeccable displaying colorful artistic prints and patient created artwork. The therapists are wonderful to work with. They incorporate pets, art, and recreation into their therapeutic programs. Once treatment is complete, they also coordinate the patient's continuation of care after discharge. The medical team is equally as impressive. They round on patients daily and work with them to get an understanding of the best treatment options for their unique needs. The cafeteria has a fully functional kitchen and dining area that offers a variety of items to choose from. The cafeteria staff also stock the units with healthy snacks everyday because... who doesn't want snacks? Patients with dietary restrictions should share their needs with the intake coordinator upon admission. Everyday, each unit gets time to spend in the courtyard. The courtyard provides ample space to walk in the grass, with or without shoes, along with tables to use during individual therapy, or to sit and play cards. There are also walking trails and flowers to encourage reflection and inspiration. Everyday, San Jose Behavioral Health restores hope, and embraces change.”

“I am a football player and have had many head injuries. Now I have ringing in my ears, anxiety, irritable and memory problems. I also get severe headaches about 2_3 days a month when I just shut myself in dark room and sleep for few hours. I have been trying various naturopathic treatments and hyperbaric oxygen for my traumatic brain injuries but was not having satisfying results. I don't like meds which make my thinking worse and make me dizzy. My brother started researching this more and found Dr Singh who is a neurologist in San Jose and is doing cutting edge treatment s for the brain injury patients like me with many symptoms. Dr Singh and his staff used Magnetic therapy to stimulate different parts of my brain and within 6 weeks my tinnitus improved by 70%and I was able to sleep without the buzzing sound in my head. My mood and concentration have improved so much. I am spending more time with my family and even my headaches are much better. Dr Singh has been trying to convince me to try Botox for my headaches also but I have been feeling much better so haven't done that yet. I have to say I am in a much better place now and it was money and time well spent. The clinic charges very competitive rates for their cutting edge treatment and their expertise considering the I insurance only covers TMS for depression. It is almost impossible to find well trained and cutting edge neurologists in US who are willing to think outside the box I still go see Dr Singh once a month for maintenance TMS to continue the benefit and am always impressed by the professionalism in the clinic staff. Go see Dr Singh if you want someone who cares and uses modern technology and current research to treat your neurologic conditions. I am very happy with the care I have received at this clinic.”
