Lovely Valentine' Day (custom) arrangement. My requests and suggestions were taken to heart and the final product was delightful. Could not recommend more highly. Great service and communication throughout.

My mother was so thrilled to receive her gorgeous orchid birthday bouquet, she was barely able to leave me a voicemail! This is the third time I’ve called Ann to send a bouquet and she didn’t disappoint. I also learned today that Ann drives around on her off time bringing hot meals and flowers to seniors who don’t have families of their own. She’s an angel on earth! We could not have been more pleased with the beautiful arrangement Ann delivered for us to thank someone for their hospitality. She was friendly, helpful, prompt and the arrangement she put together for us was STUNNING! We received photos of the flowers from her before they were delivered and a wonderful phone call from the recipient sharing how incredibly beautiful the arrangement was! Ann - you managed to WOW our friends in San Jose all the way from here on the East Coast. You made us feel like we were standing in your shop selecting the flowers in person! We received exactly what I ordered. I asked for the "Designer's Choice" arrangement. I asked that it include few roses and lilies and said I preferred a low rather than a tall arrangement. The flowers that were delivered could not have been closer to what I ordered. Lovely hydrangeas, surround by greenery and smaller flowers with just a few roses for accent. Nothing more than what I would expect from Ann's Petals but still nice to get such a great arrangement.
