“The employees are very helpful here. This 7-eleven is always busy, but they do a great job keeping it clean compared to the other 2 in the area. Parking is a hit or miss. Sometimes there is parking and sometimes you can't even find a spot. It's very popular with the college crowd. This 7-Eleven is a lot more safe than the Santa Clara St one.”

Your last paragraph contained a combination of concerns including a) clients isolating, b) “drinking water and going in the bathroom,” c) WiFi, and d) cellular data. Isolation is something we take seriously, as it is an indication of dissociation (not doing well mentally), so we watch for clients starting to pull away and intervene. I am not sure what to say about the drinking water and using the restroom except to let readers know we installed water dispensers and ice makers in both facilities to make sure everyone is staying hydrated in hot summer months and to counteract the diuretic effects of some medications. Your concerns about the WiFi, if the WiFi is not working it is likely due to ComCast, and typically the entire city block is down, not just us. Lastly, cellular data is not something we provide to clients, that is something you would purchase on your own through your cell phone service provider. I hope I have covered all of your concerns, Joe Swanson. I wish you would have come to us so we could explain these matters in person rather than publicly tarnishing the reputation of our family’s 47 years’ caring for people with severe and chronic mental illness. “I stumbled upon this KeyMe kiosk at a 7-11. Right when I walked in and saw that the kiosk made car keys, I got super excited. I entered my car info, the machine scanned my key, I entered my personal info and then my credit card. Not even a week later I received the key in the mail. It unlocked my car and it turned my car on 😳🥰. This little kiosk saved me so much money and such a blessing because not long ago I locked my keys in my car. It was cheaper to have a key made with this company than it was to have a tow truck come unlock my door. I can’t thank you guys enough. Plus the price was only $38.18 that was for the key and tax.”

“We lived here for four years during and directly after going to college at SJSU. When it comes to location, it's hard to beat being this close to school and with four plus tacquerias open 24 hours a day you are guaranteed a good meal all hours. Recently, sonic started providing fiber Internet here (gigabit internet for $40 a month, way cheaper than Xfinity and atnt), so that's a huge plus. The property manager is extremely friendly and attentive, she will make sure any maintenance requests are taken ASAP. The unit itself is nice, highly recommend getting the units in the Annex if you can, (units 38-43) as you are more isolated. Only cons would be the building itself is a bit old, so you can hear right through the ceiling if neighbors are being noisy like stomping around or yelling.”
