The staff in the store is very helpful beyond just answering my questions, he offered painting tips as well. We needed a paint color match and it was perfect!

We stopped by to pick up color sample chips. Gentleman greeted us and asked if he could be of help. We shared the reason for our visit and he left us to our quandary over the prolific display of colors available. We finally left with a "thank you" and a wave goodbye. Very nice!

Dropped off a drawer to be stain color matched. The employee who received us did not do a good job and was not very good at communicating. We were in fact afraid to drop it off, but we did. A week later it was done and the pick up experience was like a different store. Fantastic communication and knowledgeable staff.

Great store with super helpful staff. The products are amazing with everything needed for a professional job.

This past Sunday, needed some paint and went to the Shermin Williams on Brook Rd. Was blown away with the customer service of this young man that was alone in the store. He made recommendations on everything I needed and maintained his composure when the store suddenly had 3 more customers waiting for help. He addressed them all and held his composure brilliantly! Just impressed how well trained he was on the products. This will be my paint store!
