He replaced a cracked pane in an old victorian window quickly and affordably, when other contractors turned down the job saying the risk of damaging the old window was too great and that the whole window frame needed to be replaced. When I sent a photo of the window, Joe immediately identified how the window was constructed and how to remove the old glass. Scheduling was a little tricky, but he showed up on time and did the job perfectly and efficiently in under an hour, with no damage to the window frame or other panes! Really appreciated his skills.”
