I had a a haircut here and the result was great with good price.

The lady that many reviews are referring to is called Helen! She is accurate and communicative about what ever she wants to do to your hair. she makes suggestions but at the end lets you decide.
The only downside is that she cuts hair in the classic method, rather than updated fashionable version.

With almost 30 years in business, Helen is a truly the best! Skilled, courteous, and efficient. Walk ins are welcome, and don’t forget to bring cash. The decor hasn’t changed since the 90s but it adds to the charm of this no nonsense spot. Current prices for mens haircut start at $15+ and womens start at $20+. Hours are 9-6 M-F, 9-5 Saturday, 10-4 Sunday.

It was my first visit and Helen did the awesome job of efficient and quick haircut. She is very polite, courteous and respectful person. She was fast, listened to my needs and did a very clean job. Their price is extremely reasonably. Well return again and not to mention, they are Highly recommended!

Very fast, good hair cuts. The place is cash only so make sure you have enough on hand and to tip! Walk ins are normally just fine, and the price range is very affordable. Men's cuts are less than 15 bucks. I've had horrible cuts for 30 dollars at a salon, and I don't think I'll ever be going anywhere but here.
It's a bit odd to find if you've never been there before but it's nestled between a little shop and a coin laundromat.
