They let us film a project in their building, it was really nice of them and fun. The mattresses were also comfy and I thought the cooling technology on the mattresses were neat! I could feel my hand getting colder haha.
After a 2 week trip to visit a friend, my back pain became nearly nonexistent. I asked my friend where she got her mattress, and she gave me all the details.
When I called, I learned the model had been discontinued. Neal assured me that he would figure out which model was comparable and get back to me. He got back to me the same day, and was able to get a mattress delivered to me, out of state, within a very reasonable timeframe. Neal was pleasant to work with, professional and prompt. The mattress arrived before the promised timeframe (yay!), and the delivery was smooth and required no effort from me.
I highly recommend Mancini's Sleepworld, Santa Clara location, for all of your mattress needs. Ask for Neal!
Worked with Neal and he was very helpful and his customer service was excellent. Walked us through the process of what was the better mattress and gave us reasonable prices.
Will refer friends and family to him at
This location.
After asked us what we were looking for, Chris showed us different mattresses to meet our need. After a couple of mattresses, Chris sensed what exactly what we had in mind. Chris was very patient explaining to us the difference of the different brands. He was very sincere and straightforward. His goal was for us to be knowledgeable and make the right decision, not to rush for a sales. Discussing with him made us feel like talking to a friend in the business. In the end, we bought the one he recommended with great price. I’d say that if you want to buy a mattress, ask Chris, no matter which store he is at.
We wanted to buy a Mattress & walked right across from Santana Row, after seeing the Hot Air Balloon ad floating above their building. Jim was very knowledgeable & nice in how he handled us & our requirements. They had a huge collection of different brands of mattresses. We took our own time to try each mattress & find the one we needed. Though we did not end up buying from them, we had a really good experience with this store & would definitely recommend it to people.
