I made PNG as my default go-to jewelry destination for all our occasions. The people here at this location are amazing, especially very patient and explains every tiny detail to customer, and spend a lot of time with each customer. During my last three visits, I ended up spending more than 3 hours to make my mind on an item (each time) and same representative was helping me through out the span without any distractions patiently helping me choose from a variety of options. Yes, they have an amazing selection (almost felt like I am shopping in India). The pricing is very reasonable and usually they don’t charge a lot more than what you would otherwise pay in India. All the credit goes to the representative, and she was extremely knowledgable in various types of designs and was super patient with all my questions. They even allow you to buy over FaceTime if you needed to, which is great once you establish a relationship with them. I would recommend PNG to anyone without a doubt in Bay Area.

Shopping for jewelry at PNG has always been a great experience. This time too it was wonderful! Manager Hemlata & Julie were very knowledgeable about the various options /offers that make a purchase feasible. Also, Julie has a good eye; knows what variety the store has, hence showed really lovely and unique designs of earrings & necklaces.

What a team of people. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and amicable. Drove down from east bay about hr and half , it was worth the trip. All the credit goes to Julie, She is well versed and understands the needs well.She doesn't push for things that you dont need. No salesman gimmicks. She showed us what we need over the video call, we selected few that we liked, drove down , checked it out and picked up what we needed. No hassle in pricing and its the current up to date market price.

We recently bought a jewelry from PNG jewelers and had it shipped to Washington. We exchanged the jewelry and it went smooth.The customer service is exceptionally good.Julie was very patient and made the entire process very easy. Happy with the product.
