“A very good experience! The food: excellent! Quite different tasting from what I have had at other restaurants. I had the Thai fried rice and Sauteed Jalapeno Tofu. They said it was spicy, but the typical Thai spiciness was missing. The next time I would ask them for 'very spicy', and hopefully it will be sufficiently spicy. Ambience: Fantastic!! Well lit and nice. Quickness: they served the food surprisingly quickly, within 5 mins of ordering. (And about half the restaurant was occupied.) Service: Our waiter had difficulty understanding English and we struggled a bit to get some clarifications. But otherwise, they were very nice and pleasant!! I am looking forward to going back and trying out more options!”

“Update 1/7/19: After the renovation, this place now offers dumplings and other dishes along with the hotpot and grill. Tried the XLB today and it's pretty yummy! The skin is thin but thick enough that I didn't break any, even the last one when it's slightly cooled down and stickier :) The top of the dumplings where they're crimped is a little doughy, but overall the filling is tasty and juicy. Also ordered stir fried pea sprouts, the chef was not stingy with garlic. Pretty tasty dish as well. ----- Weekday lunch special: $15.99 for all-you-can-eat bbq plus a soda, great deal! I was stuffed after trying the first 4 beef dishes. Docked a star because the grill got pretty charcoal-y after a round, and they don't give you any oil to re-grease it.”

“The combo deals are good value to get a milk tea, appetizer, and hot pot for $23. The server was very attentive and immediately noticed when a member of the table dropped their chopsticks. I got Chingqing hot pot fire, and it’s comparable to boiling point’s Tawainese in spicy. They had one a hidden modifier to make it spicier as well for those who enjoy it.
