The facilities are at their best. You can also ask for personal trainer on time basis. Strength training, cardio, rowing, cycling etc. There are seating slots even in the shower stolls. Everything that might be needed is already provided... Hair dryers, towels, hangers, lockers, shampoo, conditioners, body soap. There is even a small vending machine for healthy snacks and drinks.”
