“Very busy dealership! Get there early, and even if you do, there will be a long line, some waiting, etc... On the bright side, the customer waiting area is very nice. The new building is comfortable and there are plenty of seats with power outlets. There is also free and fast guest WiFi. Even the bathrooms are nice. These little amenities make the waiting more pleasant. The employees are very nice. Pricing is dealer pricing, so better go with package maintenance options so you can save a little money. They get your car done properly, in most cases, and on time. Conveniently open 7 days a week from 7 am to 6 pm. They have a shuttle to take you home, one way. So your experience will go as quickly/slow as possible, but it will be pleasant. Bring some work with you, they have complimentary Starbucks coffee in a machine, and it's pretty good too.”

“I called R.P.S. Ribbs Premier because I needed a second opinion on a plumbing estimate for broken pipes which caused water damage in my home. From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. They examined the area in question in detail and provided a clear estimate with two different options. They left me with a brochure (and Jonathan took the time to quickly review it with me) and a business card as well. I would recommend R.P.S. Ribbs Premier without hesitation. After this initial visit, we hired RPS to complete our plumbing repair after other companies failed to come or would not come out to make an estimate or look at the job. Thomas and Jonathan came back to do the work and they were courteous, personable, careful and thorough in their work and committed to excellence. It was clear they actually CARED about the quality of their work and wanted to do an impeccable job (which they did!). The price was HALF of what another company quoted and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. It was also a pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them.
