“My gut was telling me that my car battery needed to be replaced and so I booked an appointment at pep Boys in Sunnyvale. Front desk could be a little more attentive, took him awhile to acknowledge I was there. Dhruth was my mechanic for the day, took about 2 1/2 hours to replace my batteries, oil change and filter change. He did an amazing job and feels like my car is good as new. Would definitely recommend the mechanics here. My only down side is the front desk, if i hadn't asked when my car would be ready after 2 hours I don't think they would if told me.”

“I have a 2012 Mercedes SL 350 convertible where the top was not closing properly leading air and water to leak in. Took it to The dealership on stevens Creek where they took 4 days, $300 to diagnose the problem and suggested a $6K replacement of the convertible top. I found Cupertino Mercedes on google and took the car there. They diagnosed the problem as a wearing out of glue of the two panels of the convertible top and charged me for 15 minutes of their time (not a full hour), and suggested a place that would glue the panels together. I took the car to an appropriate shop who took apart the panels, glued them back and charged me $450. I can't say enough about Nicole and Pearson for their competence, professionalism, and integrity and transparency through out the interactions. If I ever have a problem with any car, I would first go to Cupertino Mercedes (hoping if the car is not a mercedes, they will still look at it :)”

“These guys always take care of what I assume is the hardest oil change possible. My filter is behind one of the tires and gets oil everywhere. They always take care of it and I so appreciate their patience and getting it done as fast as possible. I've been taking all of my cars here for over a decade and they are fast and courteous. There are easily two other options within half a mile to choose from and these guys easily are the best.”

My answer is it is 100% satisfactory, and even above and beyond being 100% satisfactory. I went to four body shops to get estimate of repairing a scratch on front bumper. Only your staff, Dany, offered me the option of spot paint. Not only the cost is 1/5 of the highest estimate but also it is green. Why to use a lot of chemical unnecessarily? I applaud Anchor Auto's service and rank it 5.”

“Milton and his team did a fantastic job tinting the windows and installing PPF on my new Tesla Model Y. He is a certified Xpel installer, I was allowed to stay inside of their shop watching their work, they are so professional and patient, finished all the details perfectly from preparation to installation. Look closely, you cannot find the edge of the film and even not aware of the film is there. The film was integrated to the car! Plus Milton is very friendly, he explained to me the products they used and their work through the whole procedure. From their company name you may think they only do window tinting, but they do much more than that! I highly recommend Milton and his team!”
