“This place is the epitome of what a dealership is supposed to be. From the moment I inquired about a motorcycle being available, to when I had questions, to when I went in and test rode the 1st time Amy and her staff have been absolutely fantastic. This place is a family run and operated dealership. They have ties to all the brands that they sell and they're knowledgeable about the bikes that are on their floor. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave they are going to treat you as a customer should be treated with respect and kindness and they're gonna pay attention to you and make sure that you feel comfortable with everything that you're doing and you're not gonna be forced into any decisions. Upon buying my bike from them they took me around and introduced me to all their staff so I was comfortable with who was there, who was going to be expected to be there, and who can help me. Then when I had my 1st small issue, They immediately reassured me that it would be handled or they would even replace my motorcycle to make sure that I had the best experience possible. I'm 38 now and I have had multiple vehicles from multiple dealerships and I really can't rave enough about how amazing they treat their customers in comparison to all the other dealerships that I've been to in the Bay area. I highly recommend if they have a brand or bike that you're looking to buy, you get it from them.”

“Jamie is a miracle worker. After two months of work he managed to bring my 2008 Prius back from the dead. This involved replacing the hybrid battery, the ECM, fixing a ton of rat damage, and a whole list of other issues that I could go on and on about. He kept me updated on the costs the entire time and was always straightforward about the extent of his abilities. The final bill was a fraction of what it would have cost at other mechanics (especially at the dealership) and I’m so happy with his work. He really went above and beyond and I’d absolutely recommend his services.”

“My gut was telling me that my car battery needed to be replaced and so I booked an appointment at pep Boys in Sunnyvale. Front desk could be a little more attentive, took him awhile to acknowledge I was there. Dhruth was my mechanic for the day, took about 2 1/2 hours to replace my batteries, oil change and filter change. He did an amazing job and feels like my car is good as new. Would definitely recommend the mechanics here. My only down side is the front desk, if i hadn't asked when my car would be ready after 2 hours I don't think they would if told me.”

I had many issues with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that Normandin was going to charge me an arm and a leg for but Paul fixed em for 1/2 the cost. AND 1 issues that Paul even told me to go to the dealer to have them fix it because it should have been covered under warranty (saved me like $1200 bucks.) If it wasn't for him I would have gotten rid of my Jeep a long time ago. Super family oriented, fast, affordable, calls before doing, calls to update and willing to work with you and budget. “I have a 2012 Mercedes SL 350 convertible where the top was not closing properly leading air and water to leak in. Took it to The dealership on stevens Creek where they took 4 days, $300 to diagnose the problem and suggested a $6K replacement of the convertible top. I found Cupertino Mercedes on google and took the car there. They diagnosed the problem as a wearing out of glue of the two panels of the convertible top and charged me for 15 minutes of their time (not a full hour), and suggested a place that would glue the panels together. I took the car to an appropriate shop who took apart the panels, glued them back and charged me $450. I can't say enough about Nicole and Pearson for their competence, professionalism, and integrity and transparency through out the interactions. If I ever have a problem with any car, I would first go to Cupertino Mercedes (hoping if the car is not a mercedes, they will still look at it :)”

“I was very excited to find a shop in the Bay Area that offered Vapor Honing (Vapor blasting) services. This method of media blasting uses ambient temp water with "#6 glass" media. The media is so fine it feels like baking soda. I learned this after but you're able to leave plastics and rubbers on and vapor honing does NOT damage the part. Since it's a non-abrasive process the parts come out clean and almost polished looking. I feel like the aluminum parts get the best shine. One of the shop guys showed me a steel manifold that was vapor honed and since the metal was harder it doesn't get the same shine but the parts still come out nice. I believe that this is also called "dustless blasting"... Since the media is carried by water, there is no risk of heating up or warping parts. I will definitely bring back more parts for them to take care of!”
