“This is a Star Smog Test station - extra quality. I turned up without an appointment (they allow this). The directions to check in were clear and the wait short (less than 5 minutes) to get checked in. The person doing this was efficient, really friendly and polite. I was given a wait time the of 20 minutes. There was a clean open place to sit, free Internet and I waited about 15 minutes. Then it was all done! The cost was highly competitive. I have never had such good and fast service for doing this in twenty-five years.”

“Wow: What an amazing service experience at T&N today. We suddenly discovered, on busy Monday, that our car was just about all out of engine oil. Nhan graciously accommodated us with a same-day appointment. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we could return in an hour: for the oil/filter change and general inspection (it had been about nine months since our last tune-up, with our previous mechanic, who recently closed his shop). When we returned after an hour, the car was actually ready, right on time. Nhan surprised us by showing us numerous images on his cell phone of various places on the car that he had inspected, clearly and concisely and explaining his analysis/conclusions, patiently answering our questions. We had always been very pleased with our previous mechanic but he never did anything like that (and Nhan offered to send us all the photos!). He was fast and efficient but always pleasant, without making us feel rushed. The fee for all that was extremely reasonable—and, to top it off, no one moved my seat so that it needed to be readjusted back to its original position, which I also really appreciated. :-) So glad we found T&N! Note to future/new customers: T&N is located within a kind of strip mall exclusively populated by auto service shops. It's quite crowded, so be prepared to drive very slowly and carefully after you turn in from Winfield. If you want to take a walk in the area while your car is being worked on, you can turn left on Winfield to walk to the Oakridge Mall (about 15 minutes) or right, to walk to Almaden Lake Park (about 10 minutes). Or you could play video games and hang out at Golfland on the way to the Oakridge Mall.”

“Started out late January of 2022. Hit something on the freeway and ended up damaging my fender and rocker panel. Went to a shop in Fremont since the Tesla collision center was closed during that time. The Fremont shop forgot to order my parts. Anyways, finally got my appointment to the San Jose Tesla collision center and was told 1 month to fix. I got a call within two weeks from Tesla telling me that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. They did a decent job. What made my experience better was Valeria who was assisting me while i picked up my car. She showed first class assistance to customers. That makes a huge difference to just getting your car back. You get your car back without frustration. She was awesome and a delight to talk to.”

What I was impressed about is they ordered the part and it arrived before i reached there. They replaced my windshield within 30 minutes!
