“Dr. Rha and her team provided me with an excellent experience during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. She opened her doors for emergencies only and thankfully for me. I had recently chipped a significant portion of my molar and I needed a crown ASAP. She scheduled me to come in as quickly as I was available and her staff were very courteous. Upon arrival I was pleased to see that the building was prepped in line with the conditions the county laid out for COVID-19 protocol. Dr. Rha did a great job of explaining and informing me of what the procedure she would be doing, as well as reassuring me by explaining what was going on in my mouth as she was working. She quickly finished her procedure of taking a mold and and working the tooth the accept a temporary crown. 2 weeks later I had my new crown put in and couldn't be happier with the results! Her team regularly updates me on upcoming appointments and I will certainly be using her as my primary dentist from here on out.”

“Dr. Chiu recently helped me replace a large filling. The process went very smoothly - she gives full attention and makes sure that I am comfortable during the entire treatment. She accommodates any teeth sensitivities you may have - I didn't even feel any pain! Her office uses the newest technology, so even the regular cleaning feels very gentle on the teeth. I am most impressed with the her office's professionalism - they truly respect the patient's time. It worth mentioning that Dr. Chui's office will not double book more than one patient during a time slot and spaces out the timing between patients so that when you arrive, they are ready for you and so that your appointment doesn't feel rushed by the arrival of the next patient.”

I was able to book for the same week. Dr. Longakit (who I believe was the one to call me back) made it very easy for me after I told her I was booking for my mom. Dr directed me to the forms on their website. So I was able to have them prefilled out, since I couldn’t go with to the appointment due to work. My mom is in her 60s, only speaks Spanish, and so I worry that she doesn’t get treated well or receives the best service sometimes. Especially when she goes alone. She called me after her appointment raving about how kind and respectful both the Dr and the staff were to her. I appreciate it so so much. Great first experience and we will definitely be coming back!”

They handle all the insurance behind the scenes without my involvement. Her office is very modern and high tech. She always has DVD's playing in each exam room, and the exam chairs even have a back massage function. I actually look forward to driving out of my way to Milpitas three times a year to visit Dr. Fuster and her staff to get my teeth cleaned. They are wonderful, caring, and professional.”
