“Dr. Peter Hung-Kwong Wong is fantastic and he has been my family doctor for over 15 years! Not only is he knowledgeable and has excellent clinical skills, but he treats his patients with much kindness and patience that sadly is not as common in healthcare anymore. I always felt listened to and really appreciate how he takes the time to fully understand my concerns and answer all of my questions. I'll always remember how Dr. Wong took my mother's chest pains seriously and got her to see a cardiologist asap (we eventually learned that she did have a serious heart condition that needed a procedure done right away), he helped diagnose my father's cancer, and always treated my grandparents in a warm, kind and respectful way. The list can go on. Looking at the other reviews, I understand and agree that the office seems to cater towards Chinese speaking patients. My parents and grandparents speak Mandarin Chinese, so this was a plus for my family, but I can see where there might be misunderstandings and/or miscommunication and cultural differences for those who do not speak Chinese. For wait time: Sometimes I'm seen right away, but usually I'd have a 20-30 minute wait. I'm willing to wait to be seen because of all my previous positive experiences. Overall, I have a fantastic experience with Dr. Wong and his office and would highly recommend him as a primary care provider (!), especially if you or your family member is of Chinese heritage.”
