“I saw Dr. Khoi Hoang for years until I moved out of the area. He was the best physician I have ever seen and have not been able to find a new doctor that can meet the high standards he has set when it comes to my personal healthcare. Dr. Hoang really listens to your concerns, talks to you in an understanding manner, and is full of knowledge. Even when it came to some medical terms that I was unsure about, he explained it to me making sure I understood what was going on. He likes to get to know the patient and uses that information to help with his treatment. He does not overly prescribe medications which is refreshing. I really miss his care and I am so thankful for the outstanding care he provided to me all those years that I was his patient. The receptionist and PA at the "newer" location I was not really pleased with. I walked in and the receptionist continued to be on her cell phone while I was checking in. It was difficult trying to work with the PA to get medications and or/questions answered from the doctor than what I experienced in the past. Hopefully this has improved! The gals at the previous office were much nicer and provided great patient service in scheduling and answering questions.”

“I met with Dr. Coggins in April. Had a great meeting with him where he explained the procedure extremely well because time with us answered all of our questions. My wife, Virginia was impressed with the detail and helpfulness. Found the office and Robert was extremely friendly and efficient. Called him this afternoon and said let's get going. Operation was set in May. We just finished the procedure. To be honest, the experience was fantastic. The people were incredibly efficient, incredibly friendly, joyful. The nurses that check you in are just fabulous. At one point, I made the joke that I feel like I'm on a cruise line. But everybody was phenomenal. I went into the operating room and they were just a great group of people, people dedicated to what they're doing. They had tremendous concern for the patient, and quite frankly, very joyful and humorous. As it turned out a lot of us were born and raised in the area, and you can tell they are very diligent and really happy to be with Dr. Coggins. The surgery was phenomenal. Again, the nurses are fantastic. The breakfast this morning was great as well. I highly recommend the Texas style French toast. They also serve Starbucks coffee here, and it's not bad! In fact, it's pretty good. The whole thing was a great experience. Dr. Coggins came in and checked me out and went over the details of my recovery and what I needed to do. They were very thorough, very concerned, very helpful. Highly recommend this wonderful staff. It’s been about 4 weeks since surgery and I feel fantastic.
