“What an excellent Laundromat. I rarely go to laundrys but needed a big industrial loader to wash a sleeping bag. This place is bright, clean and airy a and in great condition. You can buy everything you need on site, or bring it with you. There is a change machine, carts, free WiFi and clean customer toilets. The lady that helped me was very kind.”

I told them over the phone that I wanted to make sure that their quote would not change. The technician arrived on time and the price was quoted as agreed even though there was an additional bedroom area that I forgot to mention when I called. He told me that their company policy is to not receive any money or leave the job site until their customers are 100% satisfied. “We moved into a beautiful new home in Aptos but our Terrazzo countertops were a little worse for wear due to acid etching and knife marks (all of which are not supposed to occur). We wanted the home to feel brand new, so we called out Mr. Peabody's to restore our countertops throughout our Kitchen, Master Bath, upstairs guest bath and laundry room. Terry, the owner, was quick to respond with a visit to give us a reasonable quote considering how much polishing and sanding would be required to make them all like new again. Terry's stone refinishing team of Trenton and Gil came out and did an excellent job of restoring our counter surfaces throughout our house. It took one day for the kitchen and another for the bathrooms and laundry room. All of the appliances and fixtures were carefully masked off and in the original condition after the process, which was a big relief. Mr. Peabody's team was professional and courteous throughout the process. We highly recommend that you give Mr. Peabody's a call if you need your stone/quartz counters resurfaced. These guys are great at what they do!”
