“I called a personal touch carpet care in Sunnyvale CA to have my two bedroom apartment cleaned on Friday. They managed to arrive within two hours. I told them over the phone that I wanted to make sure that their quote would not change. The technician arrived on time and the price was quoted as agreed even though there was an additional bedroom area that I forgot to mention when I called. He told me that their company policy is to not receive any money or leave the job site until their customers are 100% satisfied. I told the technician that I will use their services again and recomend them to other people. My carpet looks great.”

“I brought in three Halloween costumes that I had already tried cleaning. There was chocolate ice cream dribbled down the front, paint stains and other unknowns on them. Nature's Best Cleaners was able to get out all of the stains - on very cheap fabrics WITHOUT ALL THOSE HARSH, NASTY CHEMICALS. Love this place.”

Detailed cleaning.. he himself looked every inch for any spot to remove 3. Used proper cleaning agents which are good for the carpet 4. Post cleaning he let the customer inspect for complete satisfaction 4. “I had given Manny a review a while back, but it got removed along with my other reviews somehow. Manny has cleaned my carpets sofas and rugs. He is amazing at what he does and detailed. Fair priced. He has also got rid of some bad odors on my carpets. He is also very personable. I highly recommend him. I lost his number and went to my reviews to find him and he was not there . Thank goodness I was able find his invoice from last time he came. My rugs needed attention, Manny has been the best at taking care of them. If you need carpets cleaned he is the one to call!”

“Manny showed up and he cleaned a room with a lot of pet urine in it. He did a very good job. This is the second time I use him. The first time was in 2017. He did such a great job I gave him a tip. He is friendly and really professional. He suggested a few things I could do to improve the urine odor. I was not too worried about an excellent job because I am replacing the carpet in a few months. Very honest. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve been going here for close to two years; it’s certainly the most cost efficient place I’ve found. And, it’s generally quite clean, well lighted and it feels safe. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Last wash is at 8pm- and that’s strictly enforced. I arrived once at 7:56 and ended up in an argument with the staff. She was very upset I was coming so late, but as the sign says- last wash 8pm...not last wash 7:55. Never had a problem with the change machine or the dryers. Some of the front load $2.25 washers have shorter wash cycles than others,, but, again, this is the cheapest place I’ve found. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work. (The pics on the yelp profile page are very generous- they must have been taken years ago, right after a renovation; regardless, it’s my regular laundromat.”
