“I needed to move in a week. I requested a quote on the Cambrian Park Movers website, and I received an email back a few hours later. Email communication was fast and accurate. They answered all my questions and price was super affordable. I didn't have to go back and forth on the phone with no paper trail of price quotes and questions asked. The day before someone called to confirm the pick up. On the day of four dudes showed up ON TIME with a huge truck. They had extra supplies to reinforce my packing and make sure that nothing was damaged. They communicated well with each other and had me all moved out and into my new place in less than two hours. My experience was great! Everything was properly communicated. The guys were super nice, professional and ready to work. The Cambrian Park Movers website is also full of good moving tips. I would recommend these guys 10 times over.”

“Wasn't sure who we would be able to find during the shelter in place mandate in the Bay Area but decided to call this moving company. Spoke to their sales and she said they were able to accommodate my move 3 days later! I specifically asked for a team due to all the positive comments from other reviews. Boy were we glad we asked for that team! They arrived promptly and their squad of 3 had no issues getting our furniture securely wrapped and hauled to their truck. I informed them our new house has new carpet and they were more than accommodating. They rolled out plastic wrap so they wouldn't walk directly on the carpet. These guys know what they are doing! After the move we inspected and saw that everything came in one piece...not even a scratch! Stairs do not faze these guys! They had to go up 3 floors at the moving location and at the destination! If you plan to use this moving company, ask for a special TEAM! Their hard work and service will not disappoint. Super nice guys and they even unmounted my TV. You can also expect them to disassemble your bed and reassemble it at your move to location...along with your couch! Words of advice give them a call and discuss what your move entails so there are no surprises! Make sure their hourly quote covers every part of your move!”

I acted fast as soon as I got the referral , showed up at the newly available unit that more suited my needs within 30 min of the referral, I was impressed that they had known so quickly that I was on my way, and the quickly showed me the available unit. I rented it on the spot.. I was able to to get the new unit and move ALL my items in immediately, which was important to me because it was my last day of PTO, IF it was not for their fast and courteous service, ( both cubesmart locations ) , I would have still been stuck in the unit I had, but did not really suit my needs. His team carefully wrapped every item of furniture, doing it fast and efficiently. They protected our floors and doorways as well. Everything has arrived in great condition. “I started off at the Colonial Heights Walmart. I experienced one problem after another. The staff was no help. Once I finally got a receipt to print up so I could come back in an hour, I was told to make it two because they were getting back logged. So I left and came back several hours later, thinking that my one hour photos should be ready by now........ It was then I was informed that the photo printer was actually out of order and had been all week! And was told by the same employees that originally told me to come back in two hours. When I asked why they had told me to come back in two hours when they knew that the printer wasn't working, they commented "My Bad". ????!!!!!!! So, I went to the Walmart in Chester. I was in and out in an hour! The staff were friendly and helpful and apologized for my experience at the other store. Sometimes it's not the company but the employees that determine repeat business......or not.”

I was greeted in a friendly manner & all my questions were answered! I purchased a barrel lock, installed it, selected my pass code & was done in under 30 minutes! Very efficient!! Additional: after storing my belongings for 4 months I finally moved into my new home. The storage unit I had was clean, dry, easily accessible, climate controlled, & very secure. I talked several times with Ashleigh at the front desk & she was always friendly, efficient, & helpful! This was a fantastic experience!”

“Awesome service from start to finish. I had 3 people move my 1bed apartment and they were really really professional and efficient. I prepared almost nothing beforehand but they packed up my entire apartment in a little more than an hour. We had a delay at my new apartment for about an hour and a half (because I forgot to book the loading dock early enough) but they were very very patient. They clearly knew what they were doing and the total price that came out was more than fair imo.”
