“We got excellent service, and got an excellent technician , Jason Williams, who is extremely knowledgeable about all the sump pump system and the encapsulation system that had previously been done in this home. He did a thorough inspection of all the systems and took the extra time over the weekend ( he was off work ) to do a written report of his findings. He even took follow-up phone calls with much patience & great, helpful attitude. So much appreciated! Jason was very timely & communicated very well with us! The APS company was great in responding, pricing and has impressive employees. We had recently dealt with another Foundation company. The experience in trying to set up an inspection was amazingly difficult, so we called APS. It's because of that other Foundation company experience that we think its important to send a " pat on the back" for a great employee, Jason, as well as a professionally run company! Great job!”
