  We were thrilled with our experience with Duncan plumbing and our technician Jeb! Not only were they responsive, Jeb was incredibly accommodating in working on site with my dad, who is a senior, while also filling me in by phone all through the process. Not only did they address the issue we called with, a new hot water heater and bringing it up to code, but they helped with other issues when my dad pointed them out, even bringing in another technician that day. All of this was performed with an incredibly positive attitude and a tremendous feeling of personal care and compassion. My dad said they “were just wonderful” and we are truly grateful.

  Had amazing service visit with Duncan Plumbing today. I finally started dealing with some of my yard and realized a mud pit had began under our fence. Dug a little to find a pin hole sprayer coming out of water main. We called Duncan Plumbing and they had someone to us within 90 minutes. Top notch work done. Also cleaned up some other pipes leading into house and spigots.

  Our hot water heater inconveniently gave up on us on a Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago. Not wanting to wait until normal business days/hours, I contacted Duncan Plumbing and was up and running again by late afternoon. It was a difficult installation because of the under the house location, but Eric handled it with ease and grace and patiently answered all of my questions. I am very impressed by this company; they’re pros all the way, from the people who take the calls to the technicians dispatched. Even more impressive is the follow up to make sure the work was performed to my satisfaction and that there are no problems. I’m a very satisfied customer.

  I left a message at 7:30am and they called back to confirm an appointment the same day. It wasn’t an emergency, but Duncan’s happily handled a visit where I simply couldn’t be present, and after talking with the technician when he arrived, we agreed on some work to be done immediately and I gave them the go ahead. The tech handled the fact that I had two unattended dogs present and left me with a fully working and tested system by the time he was done. Full marks for a very professional service that more than satisfied my requirement. I’m going to use these guys for regular maintenance from now on. Great work! Thank you.
