Los Viejones

We had jumbo burrito and jumbo quesadilla. Both were amazing in taste, quality and quantity! We barely finished them and we were very hungry. Staff is amazing! Very helpfull if you have a hard time deciding what to get. Food was made fresh, it was hot and delicious.
Best mexican food we had! Highly recommend!!!

Food is amazing! Fresh, Burritos and Asada fries are great and filling. Tacos are good. And if you get there past 5 they will start prepping Pupusas. The pupusas are thick and filled. They do not skimp on the filling. Atmosphere is interesting but so is most of Santa Cruz. WORTH A TRY! GO TO SPOT ANYTIME YOU TAKE A TRIP TO SANTA CRUZ

I saw the high ratings on maps so we stopped by for a bite after visiting the boardwalk and shared the birria ramen. Definitely very unique and the meat was amazing. I'd definitely recommend any birria dish. Convenient spot to walk from the boardwalk or downtown, lots of locals of all ages coming by for bites.

I love the birria tacos and I’ve had ordered those on many occasions however the last time I was there in early July ‘23 the consommé was very bland and watery and zero meat or seasoning in it.. almost… I hate to say it.. like dishwater..
could be it was because it was later in the evening and it was bottom of the barrel?
But I love their queso birriahs
I just wished that the consommé was what I got the time before last..
