(September 15, 2022, 8:06 am)Had an excellent time at stampede. September is kind of the off season and basically we had the lake to ourselves. That is 31 other Sailors and myself we had a Regatta there put on by the Tahoe laser Fleet it was great weekend

(January 18, 2020, 6:53 pm)U.S. taxpayers BLM have done a marvelous job here. Great campsites. Fresh running clean mountain water. Basic, whole in the ground, bathroom's. Outstanding fishing in stocked lake. Only a few miles to freeway.
(July 9, 2019, 7:22 pm)A fantastic spot to be near some water when you dont want to deal with the crowds around Lake Tahoe. Tons of beach side spots around the reservoir, very quiet, lots of wildlife.
