“My personal trainer was Dylan, and he is phenomenal. Honestly, the best trainer I’ve had. Not only did I see and feel results in terms of strength and energy, but he’s also incredibly analytical and knowledgeable about physiology and anatomy. Whenever we did an exercise that didn’t feel quite right to me, I would point out where it felt wrong or hurt. 100% of the time he would think about it for a second and then either advise a minor adjustment in my position or tell me to push through, and it literally always worked. I’ve had quite a few trainers in the past but none have been as talented as he is in this. You will definitely get a great and fun workout with Dylan - I can’t recommend him enough. I trained with him for about a year, and the only reason I don't see him anymore is that I moved out of state. Overall, the environment of the gym is super welcoming and, even though she didn’t train me, Lisa is so friendly and warm whenever you come in. It’s not a huge gym with lots of machines for you to use on your own, but that’s not really what it’s designed for. If you are looking for an excellent and individualized personal training experience, call them!”
