We continue to push each other to strive new goals. Come check it out, I promise you will love it as much as I do!
(February 8, 2019, 1:50 pm)Wow! In these first 6 months of my membership, I have seen huge results! I love this gym! The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable. I love that they review every move, every time! Safety first!! It feels good to know that I can go to class, and I can scale the workout to my ability, yet push myself to my limits. The members are like family. Everyone is encouraging and supportive.
(February 8, 2019, 12:03 pm)Great gym, coaches takes time to go over all the movements, lots of scaling options so you are comfortable and NO injuries! Work outs always varied so you never get board.
(February 2, 2019, 6:31 pm)Jute is head and shoulders the best CrossFit gym I have ever seen. Clean, well organized, new equipment, and trainers that are focused on training. Every class works through instruction periods emphasizing technique. The membership is friendly and welcoming.
