(January 29, 2020, 8:44 pm)The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. My Room was spotless and the mattress was great. The breakfast they serve for free was better then a lot of breakfasts you pay for. What's not to love!! Don't pass this place up . P.S. Fido is welcome there also.
(January 4, 2020, 11:35 am)We really enjoyed our stay here. We had reservations for three nights and ended up staying for five. The staff are really nice and friendly. Front desk has coupons for cattelmans, go there. Free hot breakfast is awesome. The waffles are spectacular. Rooms are clean. We had a king, exterior, pet friendly room with super soft and clean carpet. It had fridge and micro. Nice bedding and this was their most basic room, being pet friendly. They have a steam room, a sauna, a hot tub, fitness room and pool. Which are all handicap accessable. Laundry is a little expensive.
(October 20, 2019, 1:17 pm)Awesome customer service! Nice and soft linens , soap and etc. friendly staff and very affordable prices at what your getting. Delicious breakfast! Spacious room with couch and kitchenette. Bed is very comfortable. Very clean carpet for kids to play . A Perfect place to stay ! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!
(October 10, 2019, 1:08 pm)Very clean, extremely professional and very friendly. I would definitely use again. Not sure what five stars should take but these guys are definitely flirting with a perfect rating. Four stars is typically as high as I go unless things were beyond any other experience. Thanks to the staff and management for a great experience during my two night stay.
(October 6, 2019, 8:00 pm)The rooms were clean and it was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Beds for comfortable and the air conditioner blew cold. The only thing lacking was any accessibility for people with special needs or elderly. This is a two-story hotel with no elevator. There are also only five handicap spots for the entire hotel. Easily 80 parking spots by our building with no handicap spots at all.
While I would never expect it of anybody on staff, nor should he have probably done it, one of the staff members carried my 17-year-old daughter with cerebral palsy down the stairs. He was a very sweet man with a very big heart and I'm very thankful for him.
We will definitely stay here in the future but make sure that we book a downstairs room.
