“Are you questioning a shop to work on your diesel truck? Do yourself a favor, come and see Fast Eddies. We brought our 2006 F350 6.0 with 273k on the clock with injector issues. I dropped this truck off to Eddie on a Monday and he started wrenching that day. He and wonderful and friendly crew busted it out in a few days even working until 10 pm to get my work truck back to me in a swift manner. “I had ordered two replacement camera batteries to be shipped to Korea, and paid for priority international. However, they did not arrive by the cutoff time, and so I called in. Apparently, they had sent the batteries with the totally wrong shipping method! To be honest, I was quite mad as they said it would take 6-8 weeks, but I had paid nearly $40 shipping for within 10 days. However, they sent me two more with the proper shipping for no extra cost, as well as saying that the first two batteries will be mine when they do finally arrive. Although I think it was quite a big mistake to make, and there would have been no rectification had I not called myself, they did everything they could to make it right. Although I cannot give 5 stars, I am satisfied with how the situation was resolved.”
