“after taking delivery of a brand new Super73 e-bike the day before, I discovered a leak in the hydraulic brake system. after a few calls to bike shops in Vacaville with no availability until the following week, I expanded my search to Dixon. I called Fisk's and he told me to bring it in and he could get it back to me by the following day at 3pm. I delivered my bike to him about 30 minutes later and told him how anxious I was to get it back. he said "be here tomorrow at 3 and it'll be ready for you." well less than 4hrs later he called and told me it was ready and the repairs were made. amazing customer service, convenient location, and a super cool owner (that sounds like a computer when he answers the phone). I'll absolutely be back and recommending him to everyone I can.”

I was able to get my tamales that I had no idea I was craving. they have tons of produce they even have eggs milk, dairy candy I mean they have a bit of everything and customer service is on point they were definitely busy and tended to everybody that had questions that I had seen. “I had ordered two replacement camera batteries to be shipped to Korea, and paid for priority international. However, they did not arrive by the cutoff time, and so I called in. Apparently, they had sent the batteries with the totally wrong shipping method! To be honest, I was quite mad as they said it would take 6-8 weeks, but I had paid nearly $40 shipping for within 10 days. However, they sent me two more with the proper shipping for no extra cost, as well as saying that the first two batteries will be mine when they do finally arrive. Although I think it was quite a big mistake to make, and there would have been no rectification had I not called myself, they did everything they could to make it right. Although I cannot give 5 stars, I am satisfied with how the situation was resolved.”
