The team went to work uncrating and assembling the new machine and had it ready to go less than an hour after I arrived. Sara was so easy to work with. She emailed me everything I needed so I didn’t have to fill out papers in the dealership. Karena had all my paperwork ready to go and we breezed through the finance process. Where they really stood out was service. I had a minor issue on the first ride that was covered under warranty. Ed worked with me over text and email to have the part shipped before I brought my machine in. I brought my machine in, in the afternoon. Ed had it out the door on my trailer the next morning. They knew I was trying to go ride on the holiday weekend and bent over backwards to get my part shipped, installed and back to me in less than a week. It’s rare to find a place that offers a great deal, also have amazing customer service. This was easily the best vehicle buying experience AND after service I’ve had.”
