It is a community filled with warm, friendly, positive and like-minded folks. But most of all, it is a place led by certified coaches who are knowledgeable & experienced in their field. I am impressed that they also recognize a member’s mobility limitations and the coaches work closely with any member to modify the movements to avoid injuries. Even with the modifications, it still guarantees an hour of intense cardio and strengthening workout. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place!”
