John our sales rep was very knowledgeable and very patient while answering all of our questions. Its a huge investment but John's experience and easy to understand answers made our decision very comfortable. The installation was flawless. The guys were friendly and professional. The job took a day and everything looked terrific. They were neat and extremely careful to not damage anything. Sonya kept us updated from start to PG&E approving us to use our solar panels. I give Citadel 5+ stars and highly recommend them.

(April 17, 2019, 1:14 pm)Fast, courteous service. They always kept us informed and are always willing to answer any all questions. We had several quotes and they were the only one that didn't want to install more panels than we would need plus were much easier on the bank account. We've had no issues since the installation. They even fixed some roofing and installed a new breaker panel, without adding to the cost.
(February 5, 2019, 5:05 pm)Just a quick note to tell you how much I enjoyed working with you and your crew. You made this whole experience very painless for me and kept me well informed and up to date on all aspects.
Also the crew headed by Juan were so easy to have around the house and were considerate of my needs and they worked under extreme circumstances for most of the time they were here. The weather certainly give them any breaks but they kept on working in the rain until they got the job done.
So now I am looking forward to a comfortably warm house without guilt over my power usage!
