“Yesterday (Friday afternoon) I stopped by the Vacaville DMV Office. I was greeted by a very kind and helpful person, she gave me the form that I needed and provided helpful guidance to fill it out. In less than 3 minutes I was being helped in the process of renewing my driver's license. The second person that assisted me was knowledge and the impression I received was that she wanted to assist me in every way possible according to my need with the DMV. I observed other people there and they all seem to be doing well. There was a very good atmosphere in this office. I do not know if this happens every day but my experience was very positive and inviting. ”

I would like to give them 5 stars but I can't bcos a glass of wine is sold for $8.00 and a small bottle of wine for $40.00 and then a small glass of beer for $5.00 , we make wine in California and this Sunrise Banquet place are ripping people off by charging soooooooo much for alcohol. But I will say, given the beautiful execution of a new Hyatt, the corporation went all out to ensure they hired exceptional people to offer customer service. The hotel is comfortably 4 star. “They do a great job cleaning my 13 year old dogs teeth. Always provide specific information about what they found AND if they recommend follow-up with a vet. They are prompt and efficient. My dog doesn't have to "wait" to have his teeth cleaned. Very organized. They really enjoy the doggies, too. LOVE not having to have my dog anesthetized for a teeth cleaning!”
