“Yesterday, July 18th, my husband (Paul) and I (Cindy) took our RAM 3500 dually with our Lance Cab over camper on it, and we were absolutely pleased and satisfied how professionally and well the 2 gentleman hand washed and vacuumed and dressed the tires, and washed the windows in and out and were meticulous on the vacuuming, then towel dried everything. “Drove 33 hours all the way from Alabama to vist family in Vacaville and needed an oil change before the long drive back. We didn't have an appointment scheduled but Mr. Wayne Salas was incredibly friendly and said he'd still get us in for the day even though they were fully booked. He explained it might take as long as 3+ hours of waiting depending on when he had someone available, and told us we were more than welcome to wait in the lobby and even recommended some food spots in walking distance if we were hungry. We ended up waiting less than 30 minutes. Next time we're back in Vacaville and need anything serviced we will definitely stop here again. Thank you so much Mr. Salas!!”

“Everyone I met was professional and friendly. Leo provided outstanding customer service. I was looking for a Durango with 3rd row seats and a tow package that would support 6,200lbs. Online sources indicated the Durango can support up to 6,200 if 'properly equipped'. There are limited sources online that would explain in detail what is required to get the maximum tow ratings. Leo took the time to help confirm the tow capacity for this vehicle and answered all of my questions. I did not make a final decision until after closing time, but Leo was patient and I never felt rushed. I left with a new car that night happy and with no regrets. I came back another day to get the car detailed and another associate was quick to help. There is someone always ready to help. I am very happy with the customer service and the vehicle I purchased. “The staff are very friendly and informative! I brought my Honda in for an oil change Labor Day weekend. The wait was 2.5 hours, but I used the free shuttle service. They also have a complimentary multi-point inspection. I inquired about possible recalls, but there currently aren't any for my car. Always satisfied with their service!”

“My wife and I have been waiting for 10 years for the moment when we could afford nice appliances. Finally life brought us here with a new move and a new house enabling us to buy a nice refrigerator, washer, and dryer. We started at Pearson’s because of the good reviews, and I wanted to talk to some professionals about their opinion, rather than a big box store employee. Gus greeted my family with a smile and pointed us to the perfect set up. It was so easy to find what we needed with his guidance. We figured we were gonna be searching for weeks to find the right ones for us. But that wasn’t the case. We told Gus that we wanted to look around at other stores to see what we could find. We found that every other big box store either didn’t have the features we wanted, or the price wasn’t near what Gus could get us. We came back and he helped us out with a package deal that worked with our budget. They came by the house and delivered/installed the appliances for us and the team was so nice and helpful. After they cleaned up, they explained everything about the products we purchased! We will absolutely be recommending everyone to go to Pearson’s Appliance and in the future, we will be buying more from them when the time comes!”

“About $15 a person with water as a drink you get a solid buffet, quickly stocked even when it is the end of the day and all staff are tired. Food had good flavor and variety that I expected. Soft serve icecream at the end. Only 4 star because the bathroom needs repairs. Maybe if everyone takes care to tip generously we can get some better facilities but I was impressed overall.
