Mike did it again! Found us a home 5 years ago in a price range we could afford. This while investors were snatching these homes off the market with cash offers we could not compete with.
This time, our demands were even tougher. North side of town, a pool, must be in a court, and on and on were our demands. All this under 430K. Sure enough, he found it! Sold the old, bought the new. Closed the deal in 30 days. And all moved in and enjoying that pool!
