(January 19, 2023, 1:24 am)I absolutely LOVE this gym! I’ve been to other gyms in the past and this gym is the best! I love the care and attention Frank gives us. He is able to modify movements for every level to insure everyone succeeds. The classes are small so it feels like we have our own personal trainer. Frank is knowledgeable and funny.
If you are looking for a gym I would definitely recommend Fortitude Fitness!
He offers a week free trial and his rates are super reasonable. Check it out!

(March 20, 2022, 1:01 pm)Fortitude Fitness and Endurance is a great place to start or continue your fitness journey. All fitness levels are welcome and workouts can be tailored to fit your goals. Frank is knowledgeable and a pro-active coach. It's been great incorporating Deka/Spartan training into my fitness journey.
