Willow Creek Trailhead and Open Space

This place is absolutely wonderful. The front office beautiful and professional ladies were friendly, respectful, attentive and eager to help. The gentleman was very nice and helpful as well both times I requested help. Thank you guys and keep up the excellent work.

The 5 stars go to the guy who helped me when I leased the space. His name is Neil. Very friendly and seems to actually enjoy what he’s doing. He walked me to my unit and showed me how to get inside. Much more than any other storage office member that I’ve experienced in the past.
He truly is an asset to StoragePro.
As far as the facility goes the inside units are clean and everything looks new.
The only drawback is that there is no external gate to keep potential riff
Raff from entering the facility. I feel safe at my unit but it’s inside with multiple levels of security. I guess that’s the one thing I would suggest for improvement.
But all in all I think I made the right choice to use StoragePro.

As a business owner, I find myself paying extra attention to others customer service methods and I must say VALERIE has all the best qualities. She is amazing. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a storage company and yes, I’ve dealt with more than I’d like to recall. She’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Her kindness and smile has been such a warm welcome each time I was there. In fact, she was able to smooth out quirks in the system that I had a problem with the previous day when she wasn’t there. The facility grounds are always very clean and spacious. The price is not too shabby either for the size unit. Thank you for providing exactly what I needed at the right time.

Very nice location close to the freeway, gas stations & restaurants. Very Affordable & clean! my family had a very nice time keeping our things here in our prolonged moving process. Everything is safe & secure here! One issue my husband had was that there were no bathrooms or trash cans so it was a bit frustrating for him but other than that our experience was excellent! Thanks

The application process was online and relatively simple, but you do have decisions to make. The videos of the size options were appreciated, but I regretted opting for the highest insurance. I will decrease it. I am glad I didn't buy a lock as the facility transitioned to cylinder lockers. But the location, cleanliness and friendly service are appreciated.

Beautiful location with lots of beach and plenty of places to swim. Great view of the mountains and kept clean!

I at least go once a week nice area that connects with a walking system that you can take for about 30 miles all the way south of the Albuquerque airport.

Had a great time playing in the water. The people living in the tents tucked in amongst the trees seemed to hang out on the outskirts of the play area. The sand was hot. People cleaned up after themselves and everyone got along. It was a nice day.

Lovely place. Just under 2 miles for the loop. Trail is wide and connects with the northern trail head in Rivers Edge 2, with a few smaller, narrower trails for "off the beaten path" walking, a small beach on the Rio Grande to watch the river, and plenty of geese, rabbits, and even some deer and coyotes if you're lucky to see them, and the cottonwood forest is well maintained. I walk this trail nearly every morning with a friend. Beautiful place
