“Mr. Fuentes was a big help to me, after I was hospitalized for an illness while in cosmetology school and missed a couple weeks, they told me that I had to drop out and start over again. Understandable, but then they also gave me a bill for the full year of schooling, even though I was only there a little over a month. And it had to be paid on top of paying for my new start year. Mr. Fuentes stepped in and wrote a few well placed letters and was able to get them to cancel the extra billing. I am very grateful to him.”
