His recommendations and affirmations of what I was trying were very helpful, including a referral to physical therapy to help my hand strength and mobility. This experience has given me hope that I can regain good grip strength and dexterity in my hand to be able to use it for work and playing sports. The physical therapy session was super helpful and my PT Greg helped me to develop a plan to regain strength and movement in my hands with exercise and helpful tools. He told us if we had any weeds show up between our regularly scheduled service to call and he would come at no charge. “I highly recommend Happy Days, my son has been coming here for a couple months now and he loves it! He cries when I have to pick him up because he’s having so much fun. Bill who usually at the front desk is always very friendly and open to answering any questions. There is another lady there who calls herself Pebbles, who I think is also very helpful and understanding. My son is in the 2’s class and both of his teachers are very attentive, they always keep me up to date on this he may be running out of, diet accommodation, diaper changes, and up to date menus on what they will be eating. “This was our 1st time trying jersey Mike's subs! Definitely recommend! The sandwich meat & the cheese is cut fresh for you when you order! Also they have what they call "mikes way" which is onions, Lettuce, tomato & oil, vinegar (I think) & some kind of spice/herb blend it was soo good & I added banana peppers to my club sub which was turkey, ham & bacon got it Mike's way! “Service is great, automated system sucks. It took me 10 months just to figure out how to change the billing information on my account from my spouse's name to my name. I kept going around in circles and even the FAQ didn't tell me that I had to close my account and open one in my name. It was frustrating because I couldn't find a service rep to help me out until finally I just guessed that I should try opening a new account. I finally found a number there for assistance to call. I also find it frustrating that I have to enter the invoice number to pay my bill. It would be so much easier if I could just go in with my ID and my password and not have to look up my account number and the invoice number and all that stuff. This is the only service that I have to do all this work on and it's time consuming and frustrating. Can't you guys make this a little bit easier on your customers?”
