“GREAT FOR NEWCOMERS! I've done CrossFit for over a year and seen different gyms. Dave's approach is in line with the original idea behind CrossFit - lifelong fitness, mobility, and the ability to move naturally. Its not about lifting super heavy weights and a "meathead" attitude. The culture at the gym is inviting. There seems to be an even ratio of women to men. Lots of people are new. The equipment is great. Class times are convenient. Plenty of parking. The atmosphere is infectious. Its great to be part of a supportive and active community!”
