It was a sad day when our downtown Vallejo branch closed years back (much more convenient for me), but we chose not to switch banks because of how well we have always been treated by Bank of the West in Vallejo. Times are definitely changing and with so many unknowns about how businesses will operate post Pandemic, it is comforting to know that the one thing that makes Bank of the West Vallejo special isn't the business model, but the class act team of staff. It is the years of doing business and the relationships and trust that you develop that bring you comfort in times of distress and uncertainty, and I will always value the relationships that deliver when you need them and do my best to reciprocate. “When my son was almost 2 weeks old, we noticed a lump in his neck that we thought was an enlarged lymph node. We took him to Dr. Kim to have it checked out. She reassured us that this can be normal in small babies but told us to keep an eye on it, if anything changed we were to come back to check it again. About a week or two went by and it it had grown and gotten much firmer so we took him back. Dr. Kim has been such a godsend throughout this whole process. She is extremely kindhearted and gentle with her tiny patients, and very easy to talk to and responsive with anxious parents. I am so thankful we found Dr. Seaton-Smith and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician who treats her patients with the care and attentiveness as if they were her own!!”
