I was the new girl in town and they made me feel like I was a member of a family. Don’t get me wrong….they will kick your butt and make you work harder than you ever thought possible…but it’s absolutely worth it. Berto does the weight lifting portion and Kelly runs the circuit training. Together they give you the perfect workout that will get you the dream body you’ve always wanted.
