“Shout out to Kial in service. We had an unexpected engine failure in our 2017 Hyundai Tuscon the car was 6000 miles past warranty. I towed the car on a Friday night after speaking to Kial at team Hyundai in Vallejo I was confident that I chose the right place to take our car. By the next day Saturday Kial informed me that the engine was in need of replacement and he was waiting on Hyundai decision as to who was going to pay for it. By Tuesday afternoon Kial called me and had approval to replace the entire engine free of charge. Also they covered all of our expenses. Rental car for almost 3 weeks. The car was repaired much faster then anticipated. We picked up the car with no hassles and absolutely no fees the car was clean and not a sinflgle issue. It's as if nothing happened. Thank You Kial and all who had a part in helping us. We are truly grateful thank you.”

“Great experience with Gene's as to a major engine repair and also smog checks. Tracy checked with us before any engine repair work was started so we could see what was being done and where the repairs needed to be done. We were presented with a estimate for factory parts that would be used in the repair before any repair work was started. We had a delay of about a day as one part had to be shipped from back east and they had major weather problems slowing down any shipments. The work was completed on schedule after the one day delay and our vehicle has worked fine since then. They included a free checkup after a certain number of miles which was a great customer service feature. Thanks to Tracy and her great crew of mechanics!”

You need your oil changed or a tune up when you come for body work? They do it all, and do it well... My first experience here was to fix a rental car bumper I took a chunk out of on a large rock. I was amazed how fair of a deal I got... And that was only the beginning. This is more than a body shop. It's a resource...
