“Alright, let's make this fair, concise, and constructively productive; The Base gym is free obviously so the first Pro is that. The gym has a good set up, great staff, quality equipment, plenty of it, specialized rooms that were well thought out, decent locker room, and conveniently located. While the pros far outweigh the cons, the cons do exist, are minimal, and they include towel service policy (only for Generals basically), the Service Contractor PRIDE could do a way better job janitorially, and the restrooms need much more capacity to handle the amount of people the gym is rated to have.”

“Though this place is a bit of a drive from our home, my husband and I have been enjoying going to this gym for the past 6 months. For us, good and worthwhile places are truly worth our time. It is a community filled with warm, friendly, positive and like-minded folks. But most of all, it is a place led by certified coaches who are knowledgeable & experienced in their field. I am impressed that they also recognize a member’s mobility limitations and the coaches work closely with any member to modify the movements to avoid injuries. Even with the modifications, it still guarantees an hour of intense cardio and strengthening workout. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place!”

Dave's approach is in line with the original idea behind CrossFit - lifelong fitness, mobility, and the ability to move naturally. Its not about lifting super heavy weights and a "meathead" attitude. The culture at the gym is inviting. There seems to be an even ratio of women to men. Lots of people are new. The equipment is great. Class times are convenient. Plenty of parking.
