“I was really dreading this visit. I had 4 separate issues that could only be dealt with in the office. I had heard the stories of long lines and inefficiencies. I was greeted by the security guard at the door. He courteously gave me the security briefing and then talked me through the check in kiosk. It was easy. There were only two others waiting and by the time I was checked in, there was only 1. I waited about 10 minutes before I was called to a window. The clerk was friendly, capable, and understanding of all my issues. Within 10 minutes, she had all my issues straightened out. It was not at all what I expected. Thanks to these individuals who obviously enjoy their jobs and do it well.”

“There was a small wait after I ordered my food. I really didn't notice waiting as I was answering emails from earlier in the day. The attendant apologized for the wait and I took my order. It is probably the hottest french fries and mozzarella sticks that I have had in a long time from a fast food establishment. Wow! Sandwiches were hot and fresh also.”

“I never write reviews and would say I'm generally a hard person to impress, but I can't say enough good things about this company and its employees. Long story short, I bought a used car and while going through the title transfer, realized there was a huge snag based on how the previous owner titled the car in another state. This could have been a disaster for me since I had already paid the owner and he had moved away. I called EZ Reg 4 U and they agreed to help. It involved a lot of emails, calls, express letters, onsite DMV visits, and standing in line. All things that these folks did on my behalf. I owe a lot to Druscilla and Kimberly for all their help but they only charged the normal fee. They honestly do truly care about their customers. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. I wish I could get service like this from every place I went - I'll be their customer for life.”

“**Residents of Chesapeake!!!!!! If you have a mosquito problem...CALL!! It's a FREE service by the city. Initially when I called (9:10 am), Taylor was very polite and quick to take my information and schedule a service call for me. 10 or so minutes after scheduling service, Tameka (supervisor) called (9:28) and explained in great detail what the technician would do upon his arrival and the safety measures/social distancing that would be practiced to ensure everyone's safety. Deon arrived by 10 am as promised!!!! Now let's talk about Deon! This guy!!!!!!!!! He did his initial inspection and talked us through the process, what issues he saw and then treated the areas that he found to be problematic. He was kind and very generous with his knowledge of mosquitoes and provided tips that we could use to prevent the pesky insects from swarming our property. I'm so thankful that our city employs these top notch individuals and cannot thank them enough for their service to our city!!! Thanks again Chesapeake Mosquito Control!!!!”
