“Extremely satisfied with their service. They took care of all my insurance paperwork and arranged for me to pick up a rental car at their location. I expected my car to take a couple weeks to repair, but they had it back to me in 4 days.”

“I highly recommend Salinas Auto Care (SAC) for all of your automotive needs! Why? For starters, this is the only place I could find between Sacramento and San Francisco that would even take on this project. Other places I contacted where extremely rude and condescending… and would not even consider working on my car. I acquired a 1972 Toyota Corolla that I want to restore. The vehicle had been sitting in a garage for about 15 years. I found it covered with boxes and the interior was filled with plastic bags filled with who knows what. To make a long story short the vehicle had countless mechanical issues; additionally, the entire floor was rotted. SAC was able to troubleshoot and diagnose my problems, helped me source parts, and ultimately got the car running new it was brand new. They were even able to replace the rusted floor-pans with new sheet metal. Communication among all employees I came in contact with was very friendly. Everyone is courteous and feedback is thorough. Timeliness of work was exceptional! Labor rates are fair, I’d say on par with any reputable automotive shop. I don’t believe anyone around can compete with the value for the workmanship and customer service you can expect from Salinas Auto Care.”

“I’ve happily been a customer at this Walgreens (pharmacy) for several years now. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The one star I’ve removed is for my recent online purchase for 1-2 day delivery for a very important medication that I needed for a bad infection. I was too sick to pick it up. I paid online on Friday and received the confirmation that said my medication would arrive in 1-2 business days. The pharmacy is open on the weekends, but even if FedEx wasn’t open Sunday or Memorial Day (not sure), it should’ve been delivered by Tuesday at the latest. I didn’t receive this very important medication until Thursday, nearly a week after I paid online. When I called FedEx to complain and ask about the delay, I was told that Walgreens had just given it to them Tuesday. My thing is this: this medication was for a serious bacterial infection that I was too sick to drive over and get. Had I known it would be almost a week before I could get it in my system, my son would’ve walked across town and picked it up. Secondly, I spoke to a FedEx driver who informed me that there is no cooler section in their trucks and that if it was supposed to stay cool, the pharmacy should have packed it with ice. And he added that it gets “extremely hot back there”. That medication was not to be in hot temperatures. Period. And it sat in a HOT FedEx truck for days. 2, at least. If we aren’t actually guaranteed to receive our medication within “1-2 business days” as promised, don’t promise or offer that service. I recently recovered from sepsis a couple months back, thankfully. I don’t need it again. That’s not a risk I would willingly take. This was not the first time my medications didn’t arrive within 1-2 business days. This was simply the most important medication and the last time I use this “service”. I’ve now been on the medication for a week and it’s not working. Is it because it sat in the heat all that time? I guess I’ll never know. Symptoms should improve after 3 days on Vancomycin, per my doctor. After day 10, I’ll have to try an even stronger medication. This time it’ll be picked up in person. Never again through the “free delivery service”. The pharmacy itself, overall, is still better than Walmart, Raleys, Target and CVS, in my opinion.”

“Traveling for work and I saw the sign for Primo's Barbershop and walked in. The place was full but they had a chair just open for a walk in. They offer a beverage of your choice as you are seated. My barber Martin was friendly and went straight to work. As we chatted about my travels I mentioned I was a Veteran and he informed me of the owner being a Vet and a discount for the cut. First the cut was perfect and would have paid full price but appreciated the recognition of mine and fellow Veterans service. I will definitely return if work travels brings me there way again. Thanks Primo.”

“First off, the staff accommodated our senior dog in a wagon with open arms and made us feel welcome. Reasonably priced brunch with large portions. I had the Chilaquiles. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the Verde was flavorful and the presentation was nice. Although I am a big sauce guy, the ratio of sauce to chips was overpowering. Reducing the amount of sauce would also give more texture to the dish. Some of the chips got too soggy before I could finish. I like to have a bit of a crunch to the end. This reduction of sauce would also save on food cost and allow for a larger profit while keeping the customer satisfied. I'm not big on sweets but I tasted the French Toast and it was good. Loved the shaved almonds and blueberries. There was a table of youngsters that took away from the overall vibe but the staff made sure they did everything they could make our experience pleasant. I give our overall experience a 3.8 with 4 stars to the food and 5 to the staff.”

“As an employee, the work atmosphere is incredible. The owner takes special pride in his trucks and all of his gear, and treats his employees with respect. If he does this for his own company, how much harder will he strive to do this for you, the customer? I generally won’t write a review unless a company deserves it, positive or negative, but Yeager Transport absolutely deserves glowing praise for the way the company is handled and for the way the customer is treated.”

“I love the KyberCave! Arc and his crew are top notch! I've only been able to work with them online so far, but they've been nothing but helpful and kept me updated every step of the way The DarkSaber I recently got is my first proffie style saber, and I LOVE IT! So if you're a Padawan in training, a Master Jedi, or a Sith Lord, head down and see Arc and his crew, one of their Sabers will make an excellent addition to your collection!”
